So the site still works a year from now
We keep the hosting, the deployments, the security updates, the alert when something goes down, and a monthly bucket of hours for minor changes. It is what stops a new site from becoming an abandoned site.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
Half the prospects we audit have something broken they have been paying for, unknowingly, for months. A domain returning an error, a button that leads nowhere, placeholder phone numbers published as click-to-call. Nobody broke them on purpose: they broke on their own and nobody was looking.
Why it matters
A site does not break all at once: it breaks in pieces. A dependency goes stale, a certificate expires, a form stops sending and nobody notices for weeks. It happened to us with a form posting to an empty address for months, and that kind of failure only surfaces when somebody looks on purpose.
What it includes
- Hosting and deployments
- The site lives on infrastructure we already run. Every change deploys itself when it is pushed.
- Security updates
- Dependencies kept current. In one recent pass we took one of our sites from thirty-nine security alerts down to three.
- Downtime alerts
- If the site stops responding, we find out before you do.
- Minor-changes bucket
- Copy, photos, hours, prices, a small new page. Two or four hours a month depending on the plan.
- Backups and rollback
- The code lives in a repository with history. Going back to last week’s version is one command, not a crisis.
- Quarterly review
- Speed, broken links, redirects and forms tested by hand. Forms get tested: we do not assume they work.
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
This is not twenty-four-hour support or a guaranteed response time in minutes. If your business needs that, say so and it gets quoted separately. And the bucket hours do not roll over: a month you do not use them, you lose them.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I leave?
We hand over the repository, the content, the redirects and the instructions, and we walk you through the hosting transfer. Nothing is held back.
Does a redesign come out of the hours bucket?
No. Minor changes, yes; redesigning a section or adding new pages goes back to build work and gets quoted.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
It depends what they are built on. We review them before saying yes, because inheriting a site with accumulated debt can cost more than rebuilding it.
Is hosting included?
Yes, for the sites we build. If you have third-party contracts you want to keep, we respect them and we write down who pays for what.
The other fronts
- Websites We build the site or fix the one you have.
- Landing pages We build the page your ad lands on: one offer, one audience, one action.
- Custom software We build what your operation needs and does not exist: portals for distributors or customers, internal dashboards, integrations between systems that do not talk, and in-house tools that save repeated hours.
- Google Ads We build your Google search campaigns and run them every day.
- SEO, local SEO & AEO/GEO Rankings in 2026 happen in two places.
