Marketing for contractors and remodeling
High ticket, long cycle. People ask for three quotes, take weeks to decide, and forget whoever does not follow up. We bring in the ones who can pay for the job and build the follow-up so the quote does not just hang there.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
Why it matters
This is the sector that can absorb the highest cost per lead, because one job can pay for months of advertising. That allows competing on expensive searches other businesses cannot afford. It also means a month without measuring costs far more than it does in a low-ticket business.
Where we start
Google Ads
We build your Google search campaigns and work them every day.
Websites
We build the site or fix the one you have.
AI agents and CRM
We set up the CRM, connect it to your channels, and put agents in place that reply within minutes at any hour, qualify, and book the appointment on your calendar.
An opinion: most contractors lose the job between the quote and the signature, not before. The number goes out, the person compares, a week passes and nobody calls back. That follow-up is the cheapest lever in this sector and almost nobody works it.
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
If you cannot handle the volume that is coming, do not turn it on. A contractor with a full calendar who keeps paying for ads is buying calls they will turn down, and every turndown is a bad review waiting. We would rather lower the budget than burn your reputation.
Frequently asked questions
What does a remodeling lead cost?
Considerably more than in other sectors, and that is fine: the ticket carries it. The number depends on the city and the type of job, and it only makes sense next to how many of those leads you close. An expensive lead that closes is cheaper than a cheap one that does not.
Do I need photos of my work?
Yes, and they convert better than anything else here. You do not need studio shots: real before-and-after photos, taken on a phone, well lit, with the job finished. They beat any render.
Does advertising work if my work is seasonal?
It does, and the calendar gets adjusted. In roofing, for example, demand spikes after a storm and you need to be set up beforehand, not reacting three days late. That is planned with the campaign already built and paused.
What if I only want the website?
You can, and we tell you before we start: a site alone does not sell. Without someone bringing people in and someone answering, it is an expensive brochure. If that is still what you need right now, we build it.
