Marketing for health and wellness clinics
We work with aesthetic clinics, dental practices, doctors and nutritionists. The sale here is the booked appointment, not the click, so we build the whole path: getting found, getting written to, and someone answering before the patient looks elsewhere.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
Why it matters
This sector has two things the others do not. First, the Google listing decides more than the website: someone searches "dentist near me", looks at the map and calls the second result. Second, the policies. Google and Meta restrict health advertising, and Meta bans targeting by health condition and before-and-after photos. A campaign built without knowing that gets rejected, or worse, gets approved and takes the account down later.
Where we start
SEO and local SEO
We work the three things that decide whether Google shows you: the technical state of your site, your map listing, and content that answers what your customer actually asks.
AI agents and CRM
We set up the CRM, connect it to your channels, and put agents in place that reply within minutes at any hour, qualify, and book the appointment on your calendar.
Google Ads
We build your Google search campaigns and work them every day.
Our opinion: in health the bottleneck is almost never the ad. It is that someone asks on a Thursday at nine at night and gets an answer on Monday. By then they have booked somewhere else. Before raising any budget we look at how long your clinic takes to reply.
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
We do not work with anyone who wants to promise results in the ad. That is not a moral position, it is that those accounts get shut down. If your real difference is the lowest price, we are not the team either: health marketing that works runs on trust, and trust is not built by competing on cheap.
Frequently asked questions
Can I advertise aesthetic treatments on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes, with rules. Meta does not allow targeting by health condition or before-and-after images, and it rejects copy that promises a result. Good advertising is possible inside those limits, but it has to be built knowing them from the start.
What matters more, the website or the Google listing?
The listing, if you see patients at a location. It is what shows on the map when someone searches nearby, and it is where most calls are lost to a wrong category, wrong hours or missing photos. The site matters after that, when the person wants to check you are real.
Do you answer patient messages?
We can, with agents that reply, qualify and book on your calendar, and you see every conversation. It also works for you to answer and for us to cover nights and weekends only. What does not work is nobody answering.
Do you work with Spanish and English speaking patients?
Yes, and each language is built separately. A Spanish-speaking patient in the United States does not search with the same words as an English-speaking one, and the two searches have very different costs per click.
