Marketing for weddings and events

We work with event planners, venues and wedding vendors in the United States. The sale starts a year before the event and gets decided with emotion and budget fighting each other. We build presence where that search begins, the long follow-up almost nobody does, and the way into the vendor network, which is the strongest channel in the sector.

Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.

More is lost in this sector by not replying than by price. The couple asks ten vendors the same weekend, gets four replies, and books among those four. Answering on Sunday night, when they ask, is worth more than any campaign.

Why it matters

This trade has the longest cycle of any we work and the least repeatable customer: a wedding is booked once. That changes the whole economy. You do not build a book of recurring clients, you build reputation and network. The photographer recommends the caterer, the caterer recommends the venue, and that chain moves more contracts than any ad.

Where we start

Social media and content
We produce and publish your business content: video and photography for your social channels, on a calendar, with consistency.
SEO, local SEO & AEO/GEO
Rankings in 2026 happen in two places.
Sales process
We sort out what happens between someone writing and someone paying: the stages they move through, who handles them and how fast, what gets sent when they go quiet, what gets said when they say they will think about it, and a board that shows which stage the sale falls out of.
Reputation and reviews
We build the system so your team asks for reviews at the right moment, we reply to every one that arrives in your voice, we watch what is said about you on the platforms that matter, and we write down what to do the day a genuinely bad one shows up..

How we work

  1. We listen

Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.

  2. We design the strategy

A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.

  3. We execute without stopping

Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.

  4. We measure and scale

Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.

Where we are not the answer

We do not publish event photos without permission from the people in them, and certainly not other people’s weddings to illustrate your work. It is the sector where images get shared most and where a borrowed one gets discovered soonest.

Frequently asked questions

When does the couple start looking?

Much earlier than it seems, and with a mental shortlist already started. Being present in that first round matters more than the offer, because from then on the list only gets shorter.

How do I get into the vendor network?

By working well with whoever shares your events and making it easy for them to recommend you. It is slow and it has the best close rate in the sector, because it arrives with the trust already there.

What do I do about seasonality?

Use the quiet months for corporate events, which run on a different calendar, and to produce the material you will need in season.

Do reviews matter if each client books once?

They matter more than in any other sector, precisely for that reason. The client cannot come back to you, so their review is all the value they leave beyond the payment.
