Reviews decide the map, and almost nobody asks properly

We build the system so your team asks for reviews at the right moment, we reply to every one that arrives in your voice, we watch what is said about you on the platforms that matter, and we write down what to do the day a genuinely bad one shows up.

Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.

Almost every business asks for reviews badly and rarely: once, by email, three days later, when the customer has already forgotten. A review is asked for warm and face to face. If your team does not know how many distinct customers it serves a month, that is the first number to get, because it sets how many reviews are reasonable to expect.

Why it matters

In a local search, between two businesses in the same category the one with more reviews wins, not the one with the better score. We compared it on a real strip: a five-star listing with a hundred-odd reviews against the leader on the same avenue with more than six hundred. The gap was volume, not quality.

What it includes

The moment to ask
Not at invoicing: right when the customer says they are happy. The system is built around that instant.
Short link and code
A link that opens the review form directly, and a printed code for the front desk or the receipt.
Script for the team
Exactly what to say, in your language, without sounding like begging. Whoever serves the customer does not have to improvise.
Replies to all of them
The good ones too. Replying only to the bad ones shows, and reads as defensive.
Monitoring
An alert when a new review or mention appears, so the reply lands the same day instead of a month later.
A plan for the ugly one
What gets answered and what does not, who signs it and when to take the conversation off the platform. Written before it is needed.

How we work

  1. We listen

Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.

  2. We design the strategy

A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.

  3. We execute without stopping

Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.

  4. We measure and scale

Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.

Where we are not the answer

We do not buy reviews, we do not write them and we do not build filters so only the good ones reach the platform. It breaks their rules, it gets listings suspended and it shows. We also do not delete bad ones: it cannot be done. What we do is answer them well and bury them under honest volume.

Frequently asked questions

Can a bad review be removed?

Only if it breaks the platform’s rules, and then it gets reported. If it is a real opinion from a real customer, it stays: it gets answered well and offset with volume.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Platforms forbid it and it is one of the things listings get suspended for. You can ask; you cannot pay.

How many reviews a month are realistic?

It depends how many distinct customers you serve. With that number a sensible target can be set; without it, any figure anyone gives you is made up.

Do you reply or do I?

Usually we write in your voice and you approve. In regulated sectors, someone on your side reviews the reply before it is published.

Where we switch it on first

The sectors where this is the front we start with. Each one has its own page with what hurts and where it begins.
