Marketing for med spas and aesthetic clinics
We work with med spas and aesthetic clinics in the United States. Here the patient compares three or four places before booking and decides on trust rather than price. We sort out the map listing, build the review system, write the page for each treatment and leave someone answering after hours.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
The lever in this sector is review volume and almost nobody works it seriously. We compared, on the same strip, a five-star listing with a hundred-odd reviews against the leader on that avenue with more than six hundred. Six hundred wins. The rest is fine-tuning.
Why it matters
This sector has the most restricted advertising of any we work and, at the same time, the ticket most sensitive to trust. Meta does not allow targeting by health condition or before-and-after images, and it rejects copy promising a result. And on the map, between two clinics in the same category, the one with more reviews wins, not the one with the better score.
Where we start
- Google Business Profile
- We sort out your Google Business Profile: primary and secondary categories, the service list, the area you actually cover, hours, photos, questions and answers, posts, and a system your team can use to ask for reviews without chasing anyone.
- Reputation and reviews
- We build the system so your team asks for reviews at the right moment, we reply to every one that arrives in your voice, we watch what is said about you on the platforms that matter, and we write down what to do the day a genuinely bad one shows up..
- Meta Ads
- We build and run your Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- AI receptionist
- We build an agent that replies on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger in seconds, understands what the person is asking, qualifies them against your criteria, books into your calendar and alerts a human when the conversation calls for it.
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
We do not publish before-and-after without the patient’s written permission, and when the image is stock we say so next to the photo and in the alt text, not in a footnote. Presenting stock models as clinic results breaks Federal Trade Commission rules and Google and Meta health policy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use before-and-after photos?
On your own site yes, with the patient’s written permission. On Meta no, not even with permission: their health policy bans them. And if the photo is stock, that has to be said where the photo is seen.
What brings more patients, the listing or the ads?
The listing, almost always, and it costs nothing. In a local search the map eats the screen. Ads are for filling gaps in the calendar and for specific treatments, not for holding the business up.
How do I compete when the place next door cuts prices?
Not by cutting yours. In aesthetics the decision is trust: who is going to put a needle in your face. That is won with reviews, with real photos of your space, and with someone who answers questions without rushing.
Are memberships worth it?
Very much, because they turn a one-off treatment into recurring revenue and make the calendar predictable. But they need their own page and their own explanation, not a line on the price menu.
