The map listing is where most calls get lost
We sort out your Google Business Profile: primary and secondary categories, the service list, the area you actually cover, hours, photos, questions and answers, posts, and a system your team can use to ask for reviews without chasing anyone. Then we watch it, because Google changes things without warning.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
The lever is almost never the category, even though it is the first thing everyone touches. It is review volume. We have compared a five-star listing with a hundred-odd reviews against the leader on the same avenue with more than six hundred, in the same category: six hundred wins. The rest is fine-tuning.
Why it matters
In a local search the map eats the screen. If you are not in that block of three, the organic result underneath is barely seen, however good your page is. And it is the most wasted lever we find: it costs nothing, it can be fixed in an afternoon, and almost nobody has it complete.
What it includes
- Categories
- Primary and secondary. It is the first thing Google reads to decide which searches you can appear in, and where most listings are wrong.
- Services and descriptions
- The full list of what you do, with its copy. We delete what you do not offer: we have found listings advertising surgery at clinics that do not operate.
- Service area and hours
- The cities you actually cover, real hours and holidays. One wrong holiday is a lost call.
- Photos and posts
- A calendar for both, with the rules of your sector. In regulated services one post with a promise can get your posts switched off entirely.
- Questions and answers
- Your customers’ real questions, answered by you before a stranger answers them.
- Review system
- Short link, a code for the front desk and scripts so your team asks at the right moment. Without buying a single one.
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
We do not buy reviews and we do not build filters so only the good ones reach Google. It breaks their rules and it gets listings suspended. And if your listing is already suspended for something that happened before us, we can try the appeal but we do not guarantee getting it back.
Frequently asked questions
How long until it shows?
Category, services and hours fixes show within days. Review volume is months of work, and it is the one that actually moves your position on the map.
Can I ask my customers for reviews?
Yes, and you should. What you cannot do is offer anything in exchange, or filter so only good ones get through. We give you the link, the code and the script to ask properly.
What if I have several locations?
Each location is its own listing and gets worked separately, with its own area and photos. The classic mistake is one listing for three shops competing with each other.
Who owns the listing?
You do. You give us manager access and you can remove it whenever you want. If the listing sits under a previous agency, the first job is claiming it back.
