Marketing for local retail and shops
We work with physical shops and retailers selling product in the United States. The goal here is not always an online sale: often it is getting the person into the shop knowing you have what they want. We sort out the listing with the catalogue, build the seasonal campaigns and build the owned channel.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
The sale a shop loses most often is to someone who had the product ten minutes away and did not know you had it. Putting the catalogue where Google can read it solves more than any campaign, and almost no small shop does it.
Why it matters
Local retail competes against two giants at once: the marketplace, which has everything and delivers tomorrow, and the chain, which has price. You do not beat that on catalogue or on price. You beat it on proximity, on having it today, and on knowing the product, and all three get communicated on the map listing before anywhere else.
Where we start
- Google Business Profile
- We sort out your Google Business Profile: primary and secondary categories, the service list, the area you actually cover, hours, photos, questions and answers, posts, and a system your team can use to ask for reviews without chasing anyone.
- SEO, local SEO & AEO/GEO
- Rankings in 2026 happen in two places.
- Meta Ads
- We build and run your Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Websites
- We build the site or fix the one you have.
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
Building an online store with a large catalogue, synced inventory and payments does not fit inside a monthly plan and gets quoted separately. And if your inventory changes daily with nobody updating it anywhere, that gets solved first: a stale catalogue does more damage than none.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sell online to grow?
Not necessarily. Many shops grow more by making people aware the product is nearby and coming in today. Selling online is a different business, with its own logistics and service, and it is worth deciding on purpose.
What if I already sell on a marketplace?
It is a channel and it brings volume. What it does not bring is the customer: the next purchase goes back to the marketplace. Alongside it you build the owned channel so at least part of that repeat business is yours.
Is listing products on the Google profile worth it?
Very much, and it is wasted. The listing takes products and services and almost nobody loads them, so whoever does shows up. It is free and it is one of the first things we touch.
How do I work the seasons?
With a calendar and in advance. In retail the expensive mistake is starting a campaign for a date once the date has arrived. It gets prepared weeks earlier and switched off when it should be, not when somebody remembers.
