Marketing for landscaping and lawn care
We work with lawn maintenance and outdoor design companies in the United States. Here the map is profitability, well before it is marketing. One customer twenty minutes off the rest of the route eats the day’s margin. We build acquisition by area, separate recurring mowing from projects, and automate billing and reminders.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
Growth in landscaping means customers closer together, and rarely means more of them. We have seen full calendars that left no money because half the day went on driving. Before bringing in more people it is worth deciding which areas you want to grow in, and advertising only there.
Why it matters
This trade lives on two opposite revenues. Maintenance is small, repeated and predictable, and it only works when customers sit close together. Design and installation are big, one-off and seasonal. Concentrating acquisition on the streets where you already work pays off more than advertising across the whole city, and it is the opposite of what almost everyone does.
Where we start
- SEO, local SEO & AEO/GEO
- Rankings in 2026 happen in two places.
- Google Business Profile
- We sort out your Google Business Profile: primary and secondary categories, the service list, the area you actually cover, hours, photos, questions and answers, posts, and a system your team can use to ask for reviews without chasing anyone.
- AI receptionist
- We build an agent that replies on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger in seconds, understands what the person is asking, qualifies them against your criteria, books into your calendar and alerts a human when the conversation calls for it.
- Automation
- We build the flows that do your repetitive work: replying to whoever writes, alerting the salesperson, confirming the appointment, reminding about it, picking up the no-show and moving the opportunity along.
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
We are not the team if you want to cover a whole metro area from month one. It can be done and it brings volume, but it leaves an impossible route and customers who leave by month three because you arrive late. We prefer growing neighbourhood by neighbourhood, even if it is slower.
Frequently asked questions
How do I fill the route instead of the calendar?
By advertising to specific areas rather than the city, with a page per area when the volume justifies it. The goal is customer ten being five minutes from customer nine.
Should I separate maintenance from design?
Yes. Maintenance is searched on price and proximity, design on photos and ideas. Two pages, two audiences and two ways of quoting.
What do I do about seasonality?
Package the year. A contract with mowing in season and leaf clearing or winter prep outside it stabilises revenue and removes the renegotiation every spring.
Can billing be automated?
Yes, and it is where most time gets recovered in this trade. Reminder, recurring charge and an alert when something fails, without anyone chasing a customer by phone.
