Things that happen on their own, and tell you when they do not

We build the flows that do your repetitive work: replying to whoever writes, alerting the salesperson, confirming the appointment, reminding about it, picking up the no-show and moving the opportunity along. They live in your CRM or in our workflow engine, whichever fits, and each one carries its own alarm so a failure does not go unnoticed.

Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.

The rule we follow and almost nobody writes down: record first, send second. That way the only possible failure is something not going out, never something going out twice. A customer who gets the same reminder three times loses trust faster than one who never got it.

Why it matters

The bottleneck in almost every business we see is not lead volume: it is follow-up. One or two touches and it gets dropped, when the close usually lands between the fifth and the seventh. A human cannot hold that across a hundred open conversations. A flow can, and it does not get tired or forget on a Friday afternoon.

What it includes

Lead intake
Form, WhatsApp, Instagram or call enters the CRM with its source tagged. If you do not know where it came from, you cannot know which channel works.
Follow-up sequences
Five to seven touches with something useful in them, spread over time, stopping on their own when the person replies.
Appointments
Confirmation, twenty-four-hour reminder, one-hour reminder, cancellation and no-show alert. From a single sender, so the customer does not get two emails about the same thing.
Internal alerts
The salesperson learns about the new lead before the CRM shows it. If the CRM fails, the alert already went out.
Failure alarm
Every flow has an error flow that emails when something breaks. Without it, a process can sit dead for days with nobody noticing.
Documentation
What each flow does, what triggers it and who it notifies. Written down, so it does not depend on us being here.

How we work

  1. We listen

Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.

  2. We design the strategy

A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.

  3. We execute without stopping

Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.

  4. We measure and scale

Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.

Where we are not the answer

We do not automate collections or credit decisions, and we do not send mass messages to lists that were not gathered with permission. And if the answers your team gives today do not exist in writing, they have to be pulled out first: a flow that invents answers does more damage than no flow at all.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace my team?

No. It takes the repetitive part away and leaves them the conversations that matter. Somebody answering opening-hours questions all day is not closing sales.

What happens if a flow breaks?

An email arrives with the symptom. We run our own processes that way because the opposite happened to us: a process sat dead for nine days without anyone noticing.

Does it work with the CRM I already have?

Depends which one and whether it has an API. We check before promising anything. If it does not, we say so and propose something else.

Can I see and change what gets sent?

Yes. The copy is yours and changes whenever you want. The logic we handle, because a bad edit can duplicate messages to real customers.
