The lead already came in. The problem starts after that

We sort out what happens between someone writing and someone paying: the stages they move through, who handles them and how fast, what gets sent when they go quiet, what gets said when they say they will think about it, and a board that shows which stage the sale falls out of. We do not bring more leads: we make the ones you have reach the end.

Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.

"Let me think about it" is a door closed politely. Behind it are two different things: either it is the money, or they do not believe it will work. Those are opposite objections and they get answered in opposite ways, so the only question worth asking is which one it is. Most teams never ask it.

Why it matters

Almost no business we see has a volume problem. It has a leakage problem. Leads come in, get answered quickly, then get one or two touches and are dropped, when the close usually lands between the fifth and the seventh. With the same conversations and real follow-up, the same ad spend returns twice as much.

What it includes

Stages that mean something
New, contacted, conversation, proposal, won or lost. With a written definition of when each one moves, because if every rep reads it differently the board lies.
Owner and date
Every opportunity has a named owner and a next-step date. An opportunity with neither is dead and taking up space.
Five to seven touch sequence
With something useful in each one, not a "did you get my message?". It stops on its own when the person replies.
Closing and objection scripts
Pulled from your real calls, not from a template. Includes how to open up the "let me think about it", which almost always hides something else.
Proposal templates
Quote and proposal with the structure that holds the price up, so it does not get improvised each time.
Conversion board
How many come in, how many move stage and where they drop. That number is what tells you what to fix next month.

How we work

  1. We listen

Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.

  2. We design the strategy

A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.

  3. We execute without stopping

Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.

  4. We measure and scale

Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.

Where we are not the answer

This does not sell for you. We build the process, write the scripts and leave the board, but somebody on your side has to call. And for the script to be any good we need to hear real calls; without that it comes out generic and nobody uses it.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work if I sell over WhatsApp?

Especially if you sell over WhatsApp. That is where the thread gets lost most, because the conversation mixes in with everything else and nobody knows where it stood.

Do I need a CRM?

You need somewhere the relationship lives, and yes, that is usually a CRM. If you do not have one, we build it. Without it, follow-up depends on one person’s memory.

How much can my close rate improve?

We do not give a number, because it depends on your sector, your price and who calls. What we can tell you is which stage you are losing people at today, and that shows in the first weeks.

Do you train my team?

Training sessions are included to get the process running. Hiring or developing your sales force beyond that is separate work.
