Marketing for gyms and personal trainers

We work with gyms, studios and personal trainers in the United States. The business here is how many people stay. How many come in matters far less. We build acquisition, yes, but above all the first visit and the first six weeks, which is where it gets decided whether that member lasts a year or three months.

Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.

The January discount is the most expensive campaign of the year. It brings people who came for the price and leave when the price goes up, and it fills the room exactly when the experience is worst. We would rather sell a well-handled first visit, which converts fewer people and retains many more.

Why it matters

Almost the whole sector measures sign-ups and almost nobody measures cancellations with the same attention, and they are the same business seen from both sides. A gym that signs a hundred members in January and loses eighty in March has spent money to end up where it started. The decision is also emotional: people do not compare equipment, they compare whether they will feel ridiculous on day one.

Where we start

Meta Ads
We build and run your Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
SEO, local SEO & AEO/GEO
Rankings in 2026 happen in two places.
Sales process
We sort out what happens between someone writing and someone paying: the stages they move through, who handles them and how fast, what gets sent when they go quiet, what gets said when they say they will think about it, and a board that shows which stage the sale falls out of.
Email and messaging
We build the sequences that work your base: welcome, follow-up for whoever asked for information, win-back for whoever stopped coming, and messages that give a reason to come back.

How we work

  1. We listen

Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.

  2. We design the strategy

A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.

  3. We execute without stopping

Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.

  4. We measure and scale

Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.

Where we are not the answer

We do not publish promises of physical results, or timelines, or before-and-after without the person’s written permission. It is health advertising and it is restricted, and in this sector specifically weight-loss claims are among the most rejected by the platforms.

Frequently asked questions

Free trial or paid trial?

Paid, even a token amount, usually converts better into membership. Free fills the calendar with people who had no intention, and it crowds the floor at peak hours.

How do I use January without dying in March?

By preparing retention before the campaign: who greets the new member, what happens in week one, and who calls whoever stopped coming after ten days. Without that, January only postpones the problem.

What do I measure besides sign-ups?

Cancellations, attendance in the first six weeks, and how many members bring someone. That last number says more about the health of the business than any campaign.

Is social worth it for a gym?

Yes, if it shows the real people in the room rather than stock bodies. What retains is belonging, and that gets communicated with familiar faces rather than perfect photos.
