Marketing for dental practices
We work with dental practices and orthodontic and implant clinics in the United States. The sale here is a booked appointment, and the decision happens on the map: someone searches for a dentist nearby, looks at three listings and calls the one that feels most trustworthy. We sort out that listing, write the treatment pages and leave someone answering.
Thirty minutes, no cost. You leave the call knowing what is holding your growth back, whether you hire us or not.
What loses a dental practice the most patients is the phone. Price almost never does. They call during clinic hours, nobody picks up because everyone is in a patient’s mouth, and they do not leave a message: they call the next one on the list. Before touching the ad budget we look at how many calls go unanswered.
Why it matters
Dentistry splits oddly: urgency and expensive treatment search differently. A toothache searches "dentist open now" and decides in minutes on distance and hours; an implant or braces get researched for weeks and get decided on trust and payment terms. Those are two campaigns and two pages, and putting them in one is why neither works.
Where we start
- Google Business Profile
- We sort out your Google Business Profile: primary and secondary categories, the service list, the area you actually cover, hours, photos, questions and answers, posts, and a system your team can use to ask for reviews without chasing anyone.
- SEO, local SEO & AEO/GEO
- Rankings in 2026 happen in two places.
- AI receptionist
- We build an agent that replies on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger in seconds, understands what the person is asking, qualifies them against your criteria, books into your calendar and alerts a human when the conversation calls for it.
- Reputation and reviews
- We build the system so your team asks for reviews at the right moment, we reply to every one that arrives in your voice, we watch what is said about you on the platforms that matter, and we write down what to do the day a genuinely bad one shows up..
How we work
-
We listen
Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.
-
We design the strategy
A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.
-
We execute without stopping
Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.
-
We measure and scale
Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.
Where we are not the answer
We do not publish promises of results or before-and-after photos without a professional on your side reviewing and signing them. Google and Meta restrict health advertising, and in this sector before-and-after is exactly what gets rejected most. Good advertising is possible within those rules, but it gets built knowing them.
Frequently asked questions
What brings more patients, the site or the Google listing?
The listing, and it is not close. In a dentist search the map eats the screen. The site decides afterwards, when the person wants to check you are real before calling.
How do you get more reviews without breaking the rules?
By asking at the right moment, which is when the patient leaves happy, and with a short link that opens the form directly. What you cannot do is offer anything in exchange or filter so only good ones arrive.
Is it worth advertising implants or whitening?
Yes, and that is where the high ticket is. But they need their own page and their own conversation: nobody decides on an implant from an ad. It needs explanation, payment terms and someone who answers questions without rushing.
Do you serve Spanish-speaking patients?
Yes, and in many cities that is half the market with a quarter of the competition. It gets built separately, because the words and the worries are not the same.
