Positioning with a published price and a number every month

A twelve-month programme that puts five jobs into one: your site, technical SEO actually fixed, content published every week, your Google listing and the groundwork for a machine to be able to cite you. It costs 2,000 dollars a month plus 2,000 to start. Every month you get a written report with your figures against the starting point, and at six months there is a review with a date set from the day you sign.

Fifteen minutes. Before the call we look at your site and your Google listing, and we turn up with two or three concrete things that are wrong, each with the figure behind it. They are yours to keep, whether you work with us or not.

The mistake I see most is selling the service the client asks for instead of the one that clears their bottleneck. A repair shop asked for advertising and had spent two years paying for a domain that returned an error. I would rather lose today big sale than charge you for something that will move nothing.

Why it matters

The problem is almost never a missing audit. It is that the audit arrives as a PDF, sits in an inbox, and the site looks the same six months later. Meanwhile the business pays for every advertising click, and the day it cuts the budget it disappears from the map. This programme exists for the owner who already spent money on something that changed nothing on their page, and who wants to see the fix done rather than the list of what ought to be fixed.

What it includes

Your website
Up to twelve pages in Astro, fast on a phone, with the form and the WhatsApp wired to wherever you actually answer. If you use a booking system, the site connects to it.
Technical SEO, fixed
Redirects, canonicals, language tags, sitemap, structured data, indexing and your own pages competing against each other. You get the before and after of every fix, not the list of pending items.
Content every week
Topics come from demand measured with Google data, not from a creative meeting. Each month we agree what gets published and the split between article, commercial page and rewrite.
Local SEO
Your Google listing with the right category, services and area, the same name and phone everywhere, and pages of their own for the cities you actually serve.
AEO and GEO
A direct answer in the first paragraph, structured data and the files from the llmstxt.org standard. What we do not promise about this is written below, and it is worth reading before you sign.
Measurement and report
In month one we leave the analytics installed and hand you your figures as of today, in writing. That paper is what you will judge us against in month six.

Who it is for, and what gets counted

It fits an established service business serving Spanish-speaking customers in the United States, with one location, up to three cities of coverage and somebody answering the same day. Dental clinics, med spas, law firms, repair shops, contractors and insurance agencies are where it works best. These four things are counted separately because they are different.

A service area is a city we work with its own page and it needs no address. A Google listing needs a location or an area verified by Google, and that almost always means separate premises. A content unit is an article of eleven hundred to sixteen hundred words, a commercial page for a service or a city, or the deep rewrite of a page you already have. All three are worth the same and swap between each other every month according to the data. Changing a title or a photo is not a unit: that comes out of the two hours of minor changes.

What it costs

Motor Plan

2,000 a month plus 2,000 to start, once

The first payment is 4,000 dollars: the start-up and the first month. From month two, 2,000 a month. The agreement runs twelve months with a formal review at six, and you can end it whenever you like with thirty days notice.

  • Everything on the list above, within the caps in the table.
  • A written report every month, on the 26th.
  • The month-six review, dated in the calendar from the day you sign.
  • The advertising budget is not included and is not needed to start.
Book the diagnosis

The prices for extensions (one more area, one more listing, extra content) are written into the proposal before we start. They do not get quoted on the fly.

Larger scopes, by enquiry only

Two languages at full parity, a second Google listing, more than three areas or more than twelve pages change the work and the price. Same with an online shop, migrations of more than two hundred addresses, portals with user accounts and custom development. We do not sell that from a page: it gets discussed on the call, measured, and written down before we start.

What you get each month

This is worth saying before signing rather than in month four: the first quarter fee does not buy eight pieces of content a month. It buys the construction of your site. Full production starts in month four.

Month Content What else gets delivered
Month 1 0 Access, analytics installed, your figures as of today in writing, an audit with the fixes already applied, the topic matrix and the site structure approved.
Month 2 4 Your site in production, Google listing cleaned up, publishing engine set up.
Month 3 6 Area pages, internal linking and the first measurement panel.
Month 4 onwards 8 Full production. In month six, the formal review against the month-one figures.

That is ten pieces in the first quarter instead of twenty-four, with no catching up afterwards. The site going live during month two is an estimate of ours, drawn from the four sites we have built, and it counts from the arrival of your last material. It is not a commitment with a penalty and we are not going to pretend it is: if the material arrives late, the whole ladder shifts by a month.

How we work

  1. We listen

Your business, your market, and what you have already tried. Before proposing anything.

  2. We design the strategy

A plan built for you, with every dollar going somewhere specific.

  3. We execute without stopping

Campaigns, content and follow-up, coordinated and running.

  4. We measure and scale

Every week it gets adjusted. What works gets scaled; what does not gets turned off.

What we can show you

Three real pieces of work. For each one we give the context, the figure and what that figure does not prove. Where we have no permission to give the name, it goes without one.

Spanish content, pan-Hispanic audience

A site with a lot of sleeping traffic: titles ran 76 to 83 characters because the template added a suffix, and Google cuts near 60. On top of that, four groups of its own pages were competing against each other.

The suffix came off, eight cannibalised pages were retired with a redirect, and 59 internal links were pointed at six pillar pages. Search visits went from 2,037 to 3,989 in twenty-eight days.

In that same period commercial enquiries went from 64 to 69. Doubling the traffic did not double the business, and several things were done at once, so there is no way to attribute the effect to any single one.

This is a project of our own, not a client. That is why we can give the figures, and we say so rather than presenting it as a client case.

A med spa in South Florida

A bilingual site where the language tags were worked out by manipulating text, so they ignored the translated addresses.

198 tags pointed at 132 addresses that did not exist. After the fix, validation across the 156 built pages returned zero broken destinations, zero non-reciprocal pairs and zero misplaced canonicals.

This removes a brake, it does not push. We show no traffic figures for this business because there is not yet a result to report.

A client who has not authorised us to use their name or their figures. It goes without a name and without any data from their business.

A local California business, in two languages

A Spanish-language site that wanted to enter the Anglo market without leaving a half-finished version behind.

94 English addresses with reciprocal language tags verified at zero errors: eleven service pages, forty-seven articles and twenty-seven city pages, carrying the same data as the Spanish.

The site is technically healthy and its organic traffic is still low. We tell it because a case where the work was done well and the result did not arrive says more than three tidy ones.

A client without name authorisation. It goes anonymised.

Where we are not the answer

We are not the answer if you want someone to guarantee you the first position, a number of customers or a mention in ChatGPT. Nor if nobody is answering messages the same day, because an enquiry left without a reply in the first hour is worth far less and no agency fixes that. If you sell health, law or money, we need a professional on your side to review and sign what gets published. And if your business still bills little, this programme will weigh on you: say so on the call and we will tell you what we would do in your place.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I see results?

The technical fixes happen in month one and we list them with the before and after. Google picking them up, and that moving your position, takes weeks or months, and it does not depend on us. Anyone giving you an exact date is making it up.

Will you publish eight pieces from month one?

No, and we say it before you ask. The first quarter is zero, four and six, because those months are spent building your site. Full production starts in month four. That is ten units in the quarter instead of twenty-four, and there is no catching up afterwards.

Do you guarantee that ChatGPT or Google will cite me?

No. We serve the files from the llmstxt.org standard and write your pages so a machine can cite them, but that standard is a proposal and nobody has confirmed those engines read it. We put it in because it costs little and because the day one of them adopts it, it is already there. What we do is measure every month how many people reach your site from an assistant.

Who owns the site when we finish?

The domain, the content, the data and your analytics and advertising accounts are yours from day one, opened in your name. Building the site costs 2,500 dollars and the 2,000 to start covers almost all of it: the code becomes yours on completing month six, or earlier if you prefer to settle the remaining 500.

What if I want to leave sooner?

With thirty days written notice, whenever you like. If you leave before completing month six and your plan included a new site, one single figure gets invoiced: 500 dollars. After month six there is nothing to pay. Either way we hand over the repository, the content, the redirect list and the instructions, and we walk you through the hosting transfer. That is never held back for any reason.

What do you need from me?

Somebody who answers quickly, one person who approves with a name and a phone number, access to what is already yours, your logo in vector, your photographs and an hour of your time to pull the copy out. The site calendar counts from the arrival of the last of those materials, not from signing.

Is this written by artificial intelligence?

An engine of ours generates the drafts and a person reviews them before publishing. What the machine does not do is decide what to write, check that the facts are true or fix your site. If you like, we will show you an article before and after the review.

Does it include paid advertising?

No. It can be done and it is quoted separately. The advertising budget always goes in your name and you pay the platform directly. We never send a paid click to the home page or to a blog article.
